What this policy covers
This policy applies to the LeapTech website at leaptech.com.sa, including the English and Arabic versions and the contact and AI use-case form. It does not cover the systems we build for clients, which are governed by the agreements for those projects.
Information you provide
When you submit the contact form, we collect what you enter:
- Name, company, work email, and phone number
- Industry, what you would like to automate, and your description of the process or challenge
- Optional details if you choose to add them: job title, employee count, current systems, and approximate interaction volume
Information collected automatically
Alongside a form submission we record a small amount of context to understand where enquiries come from and to protect the form from abuse:
- Attribution: campaign parameters in the link you arrived from (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), the referring page, the first page you landed on, and the site language
- Device category (mobile or desktop) and the time of submission
- Your IP address, used for rate limiting and spam protection and retained only for as long as that requires
- If analytics are enabled on the site, aggregated usage data such as pages viewed and buttons used. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use this information to:
- Respond to your enquiry and follow up on the use case you described
- Prepare relevant examples and understand which systems are involved
- Qualify and manage the enquiry inside LeapTech
- Understand, in aggregate, how the website is used and improve it
Retention
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to and manage the enquiry and any business relationship that follows, or as required by applicable law. You can ask us to delete your details at any time using the contact below.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS, form submissions are validated and rate limited on the server, and access to enquiry details inside LeapTech is limited to the people who handle them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how it is used. Contact us at [email protected] and we will respond in line with applicable law.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
